Smoky Mountain "Lake Paradise" offers an unparalleled 11 acre lakefront private peninsula with water on 3 sides. The home is located down a long paved private driveway that separates any would-be neighbors, ensuring incredible privacy.

• A fully stocked coffee bar includes a machine that brews individual pods or carafes, a coffee grinder, and ceramic mugs. Complimentary supplies include about a dozen coffee pods, assorted tea bags, sugar, creamer, and a half-pound of whole bean coffee.

Checking in and out

• Check-in after 4:00 PM.
• Checkout before 10:00 AM.
• Self check-in with keypad.
• Guests are to inspect the home within 2 hours of arrival and notify in writing via your booking platform of any issues.

During your stay

• Pets allowed.
• Commercial photography allowed.
• No smoking.

Golf Cart Rules & Liability

• The golf cart is not licensed to be on the road, and we ask that only adults drive it.
• If we see children driving or the cart is being used for anything other than transportation to/from the lake, it will be removed.
• Any damage to this golf cart, or caused by it, will be your responsibility.

Before you leave

• Throw trash away.
• Turn things off.
• Lock up.

Additional requests

• Make sure all remotes are returned (Theater too).
• Return the hot tub to 99 degrees & buckle the cover shut.
• Return the Kayaks, life preservers, pool floats, etc..
