Lake Escape

Smoky Mountain "Lake Escape" gives you incredible privacy with no close neighbors, providing two separate homes on the same long driveway. The Main House boasts 5,000 sq ft, while the Guest House offers an additional 2,000 sq ft.

Sleeping Arrangements (16+ guests): 8 Bedrooms, 12 Beds, and 5 Baths split across the two houses.

• Both homes are equipped with a "Whole House Water Filtration System", so you can leave your bottled water at home!

• The coffee bar features a machine that brews individual pods or by the carafe. Complimentary coffee pods, tea bags, sugar, creamer, and a half pound of whole bean coffee are provided.

• The backyard butts directly to the lake with a gradual, easy, gentle slope. The water gradually deepens and is free of weeds.

• A jet-ski port with rollers is attached to the dock—simply drive up on it!
• Guests have access to 4 complimentary kayaks on racks, along with life jackets, paddles, and swim noodles in the adjacent shed.

Golf Cart Rules & Liability

• The golf cart is not licensed to be on the road, and we ask that only adults drive it.
• If we see children driving or the cart is being used for anything other than transportation to/from the lake, it will be removed.
• Any damage to this golf cart, or caused by it, will be your responsibility.

Before you leave

• Throw trash away
• Turn things off
• Lock up
• Please make sure the hot tub is turned to 99 degrees and the cover is securely buckled.
• Make sure all kayaks, paddles, and vests are put back in their correct locations.
